One of the best ways to drop weight and tone up
Watch any weight-loss show and you'll see the trainer get out the focus mitts or kick shields. That's because kickboxing works, and it's a lot more fun than another lap of the treadmill.

45 minutes. Every muscle.
Each class mixes kicking and punching combinations on 5-foot bags and stand-alone striking towers with focus mitts, wall bags, medicine balls and functional conditioning.
Most of the class is individual work, so you never have to worry about keeping a partner waiting. The students are focused, but easy-going and friendly.
As your body shape changes and your muscle tone develops, you'll notice your energy lift too. Getting through the day stops feeling like such hard work, and your confidence grows along with your fitness.

We don't sell 5-week courses or 3-month blocks that lock you in and force you to turn up when it doesn't suit you. Classes run all year round.
Train for as long as you want, stop when you need to, and start again later. Flexibility isn't just part of how we train. It's how we run the school.

What members say
From our 5 star Google reviews.
I do the adults class too, and we also both do the Kickboxing. As an older woman this is exactly the kind of exercise I need to keep my bones and my muscles strong.
At various times I’ve done adults Japanese Ju Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing and now Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve always felt welcomed in class, supported to improve and pushed to the level I feel comfortable with.
Guests martial arts is a warm and inclusive school with top notch teachers in the disciplines JJJ and BJJ and I have never been fitter than when I did their Fitness Kickboxing classes.
